2 pears, cored and diced
1 pomegranate, seeded or 1 cup chopped cranberries
1/2 red onion, diced
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Tortilla or pita chips for serving

Directions
Toss pears, pomegranate, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt until well combined. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
