3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup whiskey
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups pecans
1 (10-inch) prepared deep pie crust
Preheat oven to 375º.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla extract and whiskey until well combined.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly on bottom of prepared pie crust, pour mixture overtop and cover with pecans.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Let set for 30 minutes before serving.
