1/2 cup sliced almonds, divided
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 (8 oz.) 4-inch round Brie cheese with rind, room temperature

Preheat oven to 425°.

Coarsely chop 1/4 cup almonds. In a small bowl, combine chopped almonds, sugar, cranberries and mustard; mix well.

Cut cheese in half horizontally. Place one half of Brie, cut side up onto a round stone. Spread half of sugar mixture overtop. Top with remaining half of cheese, cut side up. Spread remaining sugar mixture overtop; sprinkle with remaining almonds.

Arrange baguette slices around cheese and drizzle slices with olive oil. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until baguette slices are golden brown and Brie begins to soften. Remove from oven; let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
