Caramel Candy Popcorn
The perfect snack for your little trick-or-treaters! Package this recipe in baggies for Halloween.

8 cups popped popcorn
3/4 cup brown sugar
6 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup candy corn
Melted chocolate for drizzling

Preheat oven to 300º.

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour popcorn into a large bowl. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together brown sugar, butter and corn syrup, until butter has melted and mixture reaches a slow bubble. Allow mixture to bubble for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and baking soda.

Pour caramel mixture over popcorn, stir to coat. Spread popcorn evenly onto prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake popcorn for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and mix in candy corn. Drizzle with chocolate before serving.
