Fried Dill Pickles
This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to make!

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried dill
12 sandwich sliced dill pickles
Oil for frying
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
Ranch dressing for dipping

Mix four, milk, baking powder, egg, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and dill until combined. Dab pickle slices on paper towels to dry them. Place bread crumbs in a small bowl. Dip each pickle slice in egg batter and then gently toss in bread crumbs, let sit for a minute.

Fry in oil in small batches for 3 to 4 minutes or until brown and crispy. Serve with ranch dressing.
