3 cups finely ground graham crackers
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white or peanut butter chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 375º.
In a large bowl mix graham crackers, brown sugar, vanilla and butter until combined. Evenly press onto bottom and up sides of a 10×15-inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.
Sprinkle cooled crust with walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour condensed milk over top, spreading to cover. Sprinkle with coconut.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until coconut is toasted. Transfer to wire rack, let cool and cut into bars.
