Little Peach Pies
1 prepared pie crust
4 small peaches, halved and pits removed
4 tsp. honey
1 egg
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 425º.

Spray 4 wells of a muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide pie crust dough into quarters.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey into one side of each peach. Place the other half on top and place one peach on the center of each dough quarter. Wrap dough around peaches. Place wrapped peaches in muffin tin.

In a small bowl whisk together egg and water. Brush egg wash on pastry and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes.
