This dip should take less than 10 minutes to prepare and it makes for an excellent appetizer! 

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Fresh vegetables and crackers

Place tomatoes, cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend well. Add green onions, reserving a few for topping and pulse twice.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Let dip come to room temperature, garnish with sliced green onions and serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.
