Ingredients
1 mango, peeled, cored, chopped
2 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1 chopped red bell pepper
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Tortilla chips

Directions
Mix mango, pineapple, tomatoes, red bell pepper, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, lime juice, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Allow juices to combine together. Serve with tortilla chips.
