1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 Tbsp. Gia Russa Extra Virgin olive oil
1 jar Gia Russa marinara sauce
1 jar Gia Russa green pepper pizza sauce
1 jar Gia Russa pepperoni pizza sauce
1 jar Gia Russa fried peppers and onions
1 package sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Gia Russa chopped garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cans Gia Russa sliced black olives
1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
1 lb. Gia Russa Rotini pasta
1 jar Gia Russa Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup Gia Russa Parmesan cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 to 10 pepperoni slices

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cook sausage on medium-high heat in olive oil in a skillet, until done. Remove with a slotted spoon, reserve drippings in skillet. Drain sausage mixture on paper towels, and transfer to a medium bowl. Stir marinara sauce and pizza sauces into sausage mixture. Add fried peppers and onions.

Sauté mushrooms in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add to sausage mixture. Stir in olives and chopped pepperoni.

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Heat Alfredo sauce in sauté pan, add pasta and coat well. Transfer pasta mixture to a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with sausage mixture, cheese and pepperoni slices.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
