Ingredients
2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large egg whites, lightly whisked

Directions
Preheat oven to 325º.

Spread oats and almonds on an unlined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Transfer oats and almonds to a large bowl and let cool completely. Once cooled, stir in flaxseed meal, chocolate chips and raisins.

Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk together cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, honey, vegetable oil and egg whites. Pour mixture over oatmeal, stirring until well coated. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan and firmly press into an even layer.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until dark golden on top. Remove from oven and allow it to cool for 2 hours. Transfer onto a cutting board and slice into bars.
