BLT pasta salad

1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
8 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Combine drained, cooked pasta with tomatoes, bacon and lettuce. Stir in dressing until well combined. Chill for one hour. Sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
