Hot-Sauce-Shrimp-Skewers_FixedThis is an easy recipe that will add some spice to your seafood menu! 


  • 3 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 10 skewer sticks


Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, green onion, sweet chili sauce and sriracha in a bowl and stir well. Set aside.

Place 5 shrimp on each skewer. Cook shrimp on each side for 2 to 3 minutes, until opaque and cooked through. Brush each hot skewer with sauce, on both sides and serve immediately.
