GG-Banana-Nut-Smoothies

This simple and tasty recipe is perfect as an after-workout meal or a quick breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 ice cubes

Directions 

In a blender combine milk, yogurt, banana, peanut butter and ice cubes. Blend for one minute or until smooth.
