  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 lb. angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. In a separate small pot, heat cream, chicken broth and lemon juice to a low simmer. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Add the angel hair pasta to the boiling water.

Add shrimp, salt, pepper and garlic powder to the simmering lemon cream sauce. Stir for 5 to 6 minutes.

When the pasta is done, drain and place in a large bowl. Add parsley and chives to the lemon cream sauce and cook for 1 minute. Pour shrimp and lemon sauce into the pasta bowl and mix well. Add lemon zest and Parmesan and mix again.
