  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese with chives and onion, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup frozen cut broccoli, thawed
  • 3/4 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 4 oz. fresh skinless tilapia
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. dry white wine


Preheat oven to 350º.

In a large bowl combine egg, half of the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir in broccoli and stuffing mix. Spoon the stuffing onto the end of each fillet. Roll up, securing with toothpicks. Place fish in a greased 2-quart square baking dish. Bake covered for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile in a small saucepan cook remaining cream cheese, milk and wine until heated through, stirring often. Serve sauce over fish and enjoy.
