Ingredients 

  • 8 oz package cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yougurt
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic paste
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans
  • Crackers

Directions

In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Cheddar cheese, onion powder and garlic paste.
Mix until incorporated nicely.

Fold in dried cranberries. Form mixture into a ball and tightly wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate cheese ball for one hour. Roll in the pecans and serve with crackers.
