Sugar Glazed Ham A perfect holiday dinner for the whole family!


  • 8 to 10lb. smoked ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt


Preheat the oven to 350º.

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and lay the ham flat side down. Score ham with cuts one inch apart and 1/4 inch deep. Create a grid pattern over the entire surface of the ham.

In a medium bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients. Rub half the glaze over the surface of the ham and bake for 45 minutes.

Rub the rest of the glaze over ham and place back in the oven for another 45 to 75 minutes, or until the ham is warmed through.
