This is a perfect recipe for leftover turkey! You can also use leftover stuffing or boxed.


  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups bread cubes, dried
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 16 thin slices cooked turkey
  • 1 jar prepared turkey gravy


Preheat oven to 350º.

Cook celery, onion, pepper, butter and poultry seasoning over medium-low heat until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more. Toss in a large bowl with dry bread cubes. Add just enough chicken broth to moisten, gently tossing to combine. Cool completely.

Lay out 2 slices of turkey overlapping them slightly. Place 1/2 cup stuffing mix on one end and roll up tightly. Continue until all turkey is rolled. Place in a baking dish and pour gravy over top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
