  • 2 lbs. chicken sausages
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chucks, drained (reserved 1/4 cup juice)

In a medium bowl, combine bbq sauce, marmalade and juice. Mix well

Place mini chicken sausages in a slow cooker. Pour mixture over the sausages; stir to coat. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

Stir in pineapple chunks.  Cook until pineapple chunks are heated through, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Careful not to overcook pineapple chunks.
