Wrap this homemade snack in little baggies for Halloween treats!

 Ingredients

  • 4 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheerios
  • 1 1/2 cup rice cereal
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup candy corn

Preheat oven to 250º.

In a bowl mix popcorn, cheerios, rice cereal, pretzels and peanuts. Spread out evenly onto pan.

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, syrup and butter. Bring to boil and let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Stir until well mixed. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss with a spoon until evenly coated.

Bake for 15 minutes, stir and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let cool. Add in candy corn and mix well.
