Raspberry Baked Granola

A healthy and simple recipe perfect for back to school!

What you’ll need: 

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 5 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds, optional
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine raspberries, walnuts and pecans in a large bowl. Add oats, chia seeds, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup and salt.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned and crunchy. Let mixture cool and then break apart into granola. Serve with desired fruits, milk or yogurt.
