This is an easy recipe done within minutes!

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 oz. chopped kale
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 slices ciabatta bread
  • 4 slices smoked turkey breast
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Heat skillet over medium heat. Add oil to pan. Add red pepper and garlic, cook 1 minute. Add kale and water; cook 4 minutes or until kale wilts, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper

Divide half of cheese evenly among 4 bread slices. Top evenly with smoked turkey and kale mixture. Top evenly with remaining half of cheese, spread on Dijonmustard and top with remaining bread slices.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat both sides of sandwiches with cooking spray. Arrange sandwiches in pan. Place cast-iron skillet on top of sandwiches; press gently to flatten. Cook sandwiches 2 minutes on each side or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Spread mustard on bread before serving.
