Easter Ham with Sweet Glaze

A perfect Easter dinner that the whole family will love!


  • 1 Sparkle boneless ham
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple rings, drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • toothpicks

Preheat oven to 400°.

Cut a diamond pattern into the outside of the ham and place it on a rack in a roasting pan. Carefully pour boiling water into the pan beneath the ham.

Bake for 2 hours or until heated through. Reduce oven to 350°. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, dry mustard, Dijon mustard, honey and lemon juice.

Brush the ham generously with glaze. Place pineapple rings along the outside of the ham and secure a cherry in the center of each ring with a toothpick. Return ham to the oven and roast for 15 to 30 minutes, basting as necessary Let the ham rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
