  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. ground chipotle pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets

Preheat oven to 450°.

In a small bowl, combine mustard, maple syrup, chipotle, pepper and salt. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread mustard mixture evenly on the salmon. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and serve immediately .
