This  Tilapia goes great with salad and roasted potatoes! 

This is a light and flaky recipe that the whole family will love. Best part is that it’s done within 10 minutes!


  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven broiler.

In a small bowl, mix cheese, bread crumbs, butter, yogurt, lemon juice, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Place tilapia on a baking sheet covered with foil and coated with nonstick cooking spray. Broil for 3 minutes on each side. Remove fillets from oven and cover with Parmesan mixture. Broil for an additional 2 minutes or until fish flakes. Serve immediately.
