2.18.14_BakedPancakesSome of our favorite recipes are taking old classics and reworking them to be easier. This baked pancake recipe does exactly that!

Instead of standing over a griddle and making pancakes individually, this baked recipe is much easier. You can even add fruit before baking.


  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Add sugar, then gradually beat in flour, baking powder and salt. Pour batter into a prepared 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
